Founded With Purpose
Our Story
The Greencastle Civic League was founded in 1984 with a clear mission: to improve life in our city through beautification, clean-up projects, cultural development, and the arts.
Over four decades, we've built the Emerald Palace playground at Robe-Ann Park, created the beloved Bob York Splash Park, constructed the Robe-Ann bandshell, and brought vibrant murals to downtown Greencastle.

What Membership Looks Like
- $45 annual dues
- Meetings: 2nd Monday of each month at 6:30 PM
- Serve on at least one committee
- Participate in Civic League fundraisers and events
- Help welcome and orient new members
